Ladies Who Lift

WOMEN’S ONLY SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Ladies Who Lift is a 6 week program run in two groups, training at 7pm on Mondays & Wednesdays, or Tuesdays & Thursdays. Focus on upper and lower body strength with correct form and technique. Periodised and programmed to increase strength and build muscle.
Due to the huge success of our pilot run, we are very excited to launch the third round of FTC’s Ladies Who Lift 6 week small group training program. The classes will be held in our custom built, state of the art Flow Training Centre.
We will be running two groups Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 7pm and each group will be limited to 9 ladies.
The program is designed to get you healthy, strong, and gain a whole lot of confidence! The classes are specially programmed and periodised, focusing on both upper and lower strength as well as a large emphasis on proper technique and form correction.
Strength training for women is fundamental for overall health and well being by boosting your metabolism, gaining and maintaining muscle mass, building strong bones and strengthening the brain and heart, as well as being a great stress reliever and so much more!
The Ladies Who Lift program will begin on March 30th and will run for 6 weeks. In order to gain benefit from the program, it is imperative that you are willing and able to commit to all 12 of the training sessions. All we ask is for your commitment and the rest can be left up to us!

The cost of the program is $25 per session, to be either paid up front or via a direct debit.
