Ben grew up in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla, where he excelled in athletics, basketball and rugby league during his formative years. Post schooling he went on with his rugby league to play professionally for the Cronulla Sharks, in Brisbane and in Auckland.
Whilst training for an Ultra-marathon in 2010 Ben made the acquaintance of one of Sydney’s leading yoga teachers Kate Kendall. It was this meeting that influenced Ben’s career to change trajectory. He sold his three personal training/fitness businesses in 2012 to commit to a new concept in health.
In March 2013 Flow Athletic opened, bringing a unique mix of strength, fitness and yoga to the marketplace. Ben now spends the majority of his time on the growth of Flow. In 2015 Flow Athletic won the Telstra Start-Up of the year. In the last 12 months the ‘Flow Collective’ has grown from just Flow Athletic Group training studio to Include Flow revive Health and recovery studio and Flow Training Centre Personal Training Studio.
Zac Wright (26), head trainer at Flow Athletic, ran his own personal training business for 5 years before joining the Flow Athletic team. He has a background in football tennis and ballet. He enjoys sunsets, Netflix and chillz and long walks along the beach. In his free time he loves to cook and relax with his new little family.
Zac is an eclectic mix, with a South Korean father and an Australian Aboriginal mother. He is addicted to shoes, pushups, TRX functional training and has a man crush on Flow Athletic director Andrew Tudor and head trainers Rich Ivanov and Ryan Cairns. Zac loves strength training, from compound lifts to callisthenics functional training.
As a successful coach and athlete, Camilla is one of the most sort after personal trainers in Sydney. Camilla’s love affair with fitness began in a swimming pool when she was 5-years-old, she then spent the next 16 years of her life competing in some of the nation’s most prestigious professional swimming events before becoming a personal trainer. She’s renowned as a mover and shaker in the fitness industry with a client list that spans across across Australia, USA and UK and includes some of Sydney’s biggest celebrities.
Camilla’s credentials in the fitness industry are as vast as they are impressive. She is an Australian Championship swimmer and a national medallist in Life Saving. She also competed in the Asia Pacific Championship team event for Crossfit, was a medallist in the Southern Hemisphere Figure Sports Model and has competed in some of the nation’s toughest endurance events like the Noosa Triathalon, Gold Coast Marathon, and the Gatorade Tri Series.
Born in Slovakia in 1981, I played basketball for 20 years and represented my country in 2 world championships. I studied at the Physical Education & Coaching University before I came to Australia in 2002 and I immediately fell in love with this great country.
I have been a personal trainer since 2008 and really enjoy my job. I worked as an outdoor personal and group trainer in the beginning before I got a job at Galileo Personal Training. After that I moved to Vision Personal Training in Mosman in 2010 where I became a Senior Personal Trainer and co-manager. After 6 and a bit years the opportunity came along in 2016 to join Ben, Kate and the team at Flow Athletic and I couldn’t be happier with this move.
Hi! I’m Fanny, Flow Athletic’s Swiss personal trainer and pilates instructor. I come from a professional dancing background having performed across Europe for many years. Preservation of form and function is paramount to my training philosophy, having spent countless hours perfecting my dance and pilates technique. My goal is to ensure you always feel and operate at your personal best. Introduce yourself and let’s enjoy some quality chocolate!
Andrew is a qualified personal trainer, nutritional advisor and strength and conditioning coach with nearly 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Following a successful career with a global fitness organisation, Andrew now offers private one-on-one coaching and training as well as providing group training sessions at Flow.
With a strong background in strength and conditioning training, crossfit, kettlebells, sports massage, padbox and nutritional advice, Andrew is able to tailor each and every client’s personal training program to suit the needs and enable them to reach their health and fitness goals.

My love for running saw me complete a number of Marathons and Ultra Marathons in my mid 20’s, this love for running now has me finding fulfilment in helping others find the joy in running, like I did. These days I specialise in minimalist running (barefoot) and promote the benefits of foot health and natural running dynamics that come with it. I was lucky enough to have worked with an award winning power lifter in my previous gym who assisted me in developing strength programs specific to running. These programs I have delivered to numerous client who have all seen the amazing benefits that strength work has to their running especially in the specialised field of trail running.
Trail running and hiking is my go to for stress relief so you will often find me with my partner in one of our many National Parks going bush in my spare time. I have always shared my passion of the outdoors with my clients and have shared many adventures, including one experience of hiking the world famous Overland Track in Tasmanian with 6 clients who I now call close friends, an experience as rewarding for me as it was for them.
